DueDiligence Valens is a trusted recruitment and compliance consulting firm specializing in sourcing top-tier talent for financial institutions. We are hiring KYC Analysts for one of our reputed clients in Pune, a growing leader in the compliance and financial risk sector.

Role Overview
As a KYC Analyst, you will play a critical role in conducting client due diligence and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of AML/KYC standards.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct KYC onboarding and periodic reviews for individual and corporate clients.
Collect, analyze, and verify KYC documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Perform screening using tools such as World-Check, Dow Jones, or similar platforms.
Assess client risk levels and escalate high-risk or unusual cases for further investigation.
Maintain clear records of client information, actions taken, and decision rationale.
Collaborate with internal compliance, legal, and onboarding teams to resolve documentation issues.
Stay informed of the latest regulatory updates, internal procedures, and best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles (preferably in BFSI domain).
Strong knowledge of KYC/CDD/EDD processes and regulatory standards (e.g., FATF, RBI, SEBI).
Familiarity with sanctions screening, PEP checks, and adverse media screening tools.
Good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong documentation and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Certification in KYC/AML/Compliance (e.g., CAMS, I-CAMM from IKYCA, G-CAMO,) is a plus.
Exposure to global KYC practices (UK, US, EU jurisdictions) is desirable.
