About the Role Our client, a growing organization in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / HR Generalist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in core HR functions, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements. Assist with employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling. Administer payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking. Coordinate with PROs and external partners for visa renewals, medicals, and other HR services. Support training, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development programs. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–6 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles in the UAE. Must be currently based in Dubai with a valid UAE work visa (visit visas or remote applicants will not be considered). Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and local HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Preferred Skills Experience in handling a multicultural workforce. Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
